The funny thing is that the discrepancy is actually much worse than that, there is no way to tell off the FBI site what percentage are justifiable homicides, which 90% would be..... So Carsons number of 5000 to 100 actually turns into 5000 to 10 when properly broken down, meaning black people are 500 times more likely to be gunned down by one of their own then falsely gunned down by a cop.
