Yes, it may be impossible to win;

If i start this website, is it possible to find where the website has been uploaded, ip-adres, internet access provider, state/country? If they don't know who made the website , then they can't sue the person who made it. Yes, they could ask the internetprovider to close the website.

Use offshore host provider.

But more importantly, tell the truth! It's not slander or libel if it's the truth.
