Apologize for sending the most emails (in terms of quantity) without ever being a subscriber. Apologize for insisting the system be elaborated to you, and when it wasn't you came here and smeared. Apologize because none of over 1,000 real subscribers ever complained (google it). Apologize because you got it wrong and your smearing actions were wrong. Apologize because you went after a great trader who has an unblemished, stellar record of expansion on Wall St. (from website to highly successful hedge fund). Show sincere contrition. Be a man and admit you were a jerk and this will be over.

OK Rob, of course you have no recollection of sending many emails to a particular website, only to come here and trash it when you didn't get the free help you asked for. Like I said, over 1,000 paid subscribers and no negative googles. Alot of positive press though. And the website founder then goes on to a rich hedge fund career. You stand alone as the only person to see a problem with this website, but we all know your problem originated when you didn't get the free help you begged the website founder for.

Again, I have no idea who or what you are talking about. If you yourself know what you are talking about, then be more specific so others can join in on the fun. And perhaps then we can have a civilized dialogue. From the vague description you have provided I can not think or remember any involvement with such a situation or person. 1) You repeatedly emailed a successful website operator insisting he tell you his methodology for making winning trades.
2) After the website founder politely declined, you emailed more and more, with the website operator now discouraging you from further emails.
3) You did NOT subscribe to this website, and in his last reply, the website operator brought this fact to your attention, along with the fact that you had been the most prolific emailer without being a subscriber.
4) Frustrated that you were not able to steal free info, you turned to ET and smeared this website.
5) The website operator found you smearing and came here to defend his work.
6) The website had over 1,000 paid subscribers, none of whom EVER came to a message board and complained about the service.
7) The website operator pointed out that all of the subscribers were happy, and that it was malicious for you, who wasn't even a subscriber and thus had no real insight, to maliciously slander this website.
8) The website operator took his successful website, opened a hedge fund with $5M AUM, and 5 years later, now has AUM of over $150M

Maybe you make a habit of doing this, and really don't recall this specific experience. Regardless, since you were the only one slimy enough to smear a great website because the operator refused to give you free info, you stand alone as a slug and deserve your fate.

You continue to wallow in vague assertions while I again and again politely ask you for specifics. It seems that you have a horribly distorted picture of who I am and what I have done. I don't know where or why you have this idea. If you are a decent human being you would consider both sides of a story (whatever story this is) before making a judgment and afford me the opportunity to set the record straight. I can only do so if you tell me what the heck you are referring to. Not that the onus is on me to defend myself but I'm trying very much to be kind and civil.

Are you afraid that if you actually talk about specifics your false allegations will vanish? or that it will be obvious that you are just making the whole thing up?

In any case, I'm busy and have been more than generous in this dialogue to provide you with the chance to actually say something meaningful. On the other hand, the person you attemped to slime has enjoyed a distinctive career as a trader. His website was a success. Then he parlayed that into a successful hedge fund. His entire trading career has been a success, and google verifies that. Google also verifies that you are an unknown. a nobody. So it's obvious I do know exactly who you are.

I don't have the time to go into each one, nor is it my practice to engage in conversation with mentally ill people but I will put the record straight on just one of them: I was not "fired" as a moderator, I asked Baron to find someone else because it was taking too much of my time to moderate the inane ramblings of idiots like you.
