Those would just be naturalized Mexicans (unless you include the illegal alien Mexicans who voted illegally) but I still don't see any data source from you. I also think the number you are quoting is way off from reality.

Mexicans hate Blacks, they drove a hundred thousand of them out of their inner city 'hoods in Los Angeles and up into the Mojave Desert. Mexican gang guys just kill 'em by the carloads. It's far better being in a Mexican 'hood in a lot of ways, they don't hate Whites 5% as much if at all. They will snub you at times and give preferential treatment to Mexicans but you can live with it, you don't need to be armed and ready all the time...

You shouldn't judge Mexican /Black relations on street thugs.Law abiding blacks and mexicans get along just fine.

I think it is quite wide spread.

Federal authorities have alleged in several indictments in the last decade that the Mexican Mafia prison gang has ordered street gangs under its control to attack African Americans.
