Or it could be like the case in the Raleigh mall about a year ago -- where the cops handcuffed several black teenagers and their families expressed their "outrage". It turns out later that the teenagers had a long history of incidents at the mall and were previously banned from the property. And suddenly the "narrative" and "outrage" went cold.
We will see how things turn out here. I am expecting that the officers need to be disciplined for their unequal treatment of the two teens.
Does not seem like that here because cops did not know who the kids were, they just responded to a fight going on in the middle of the mall... how could the cops know in a split second that one kid was previously banned or had incidents...
