Black Ops, why they kidnap first before killing?

I am not very active in other forums and not sure where to ask. After searching online, I found nothing about this so I decided to ask here.

My question:
Recently somewhere around the region that I live there was a kidnapping case. The real intention was to murder the subject, but he was abducted first before he was later killed.
Why do black ops usually kidnap first before killing the subject. Why don't they kill the subject on the spot? Because in the end, all they wanted to do is to kill the subject.
 
Much harder to get caught if the crime is held somewhere else? Evidence is harder to gather? No witness to the killing? I'm sure there are numerous other reasons.
 
After he is kidnapped he will be scared and they can promise his freedom if he "talks" and tells them what they want to know.

And the longer he is missing, the more grief that is created for his family, friends and partners.

If he doesn't talk and cooperate, they threaten to beat, rape and kill his family.

If he doesn't know anything special they might take him someplace remote and beat him for revenge.

A man can yell pretty loud when his bones are being broken.

And if they dump him in the woods after they kill him, his body will deteriorate and be eaten by bugs.

That's not 'open casket friendly' and another insult to the victim, his family and anyone that crosses the perpetrators.

There are lots of good reasons to kidnap them first. Well.... the reasons are good if you are going to be engaged in that line of business.

By black ops I assume you mean government and security services 'protecting' the public.
Are you assuming these are people doing a service to good?There's some real nasty and bad people working in these agencies,psychopaths throughout the compartments. I think it's more than just a case of killing someone efficiently.

An ex mob hit man told an interviewer in jail he did requests on how the victim should die.
