Black Lives Matter is a terrorist group. The US government ought to classify them as such, but they will not for obvious reasons.

If you look through history, the Democrat party have been either been directly responsible for the creation of terrorist groups or have strongly supported them. From the KKK, the Black Panthers,the Weather Undergound and now Black Lives Matter. For a party that claims to support racial equality so much, they certainly are successful at ginning up racial hatred.

I blame govt incentives not. We need to change govt.

1. I would get rid of the ultra expensive welfare system and all its workers and just give everyone a "wage" .. that was very slowly recaptured as people made more than 10 thousand a month. I would also give a bonus to families with 2 parents in the home.
2. I would eliminate most the softer drug crimes from the books so that so many lives and so many resources were not wasted in and on jails and prisons.
3. School voucher would be next
4. health insurance vouchers and eliminate much of obamacare.
5. We should all be focused on improving inner lives rather than hustling votes from a permanent underclass.

Nope, it is the truth.

It's not complicated from a numbers point of view. If said group commits a disproportionate number of crimes then they will have a disproportionate representation in handcuffs as it relates to their relative number.
We can debate why all the crime, but the numbers don't lie. Police presence is data driven and in response to 911 calls from people in the black community being terrorized by the thugs. Police will then have a larger presence trying to track down the thug in question.
Another point being brought up is that all this police interaction needs to happen in a gentler, kinder way. On a very basic premise, I don't disagree, but I have no idea how you question someone, possibly pat them down, and then have that person leaving feeling good about the whole thing. This is especially true when it's happening repeatedly to damn near everyone on the neighborhood. I can see the frustration resulting from this continuing interaction of questioning, but the crime rate itself is the root cause. Until we get a handle on that, this situation gets nothing but worse. While there are measures which need to be taken as policy changes, the black community needs to own their own part in this, and they're not. There is no easy fix.
