Black Guy Arrested Cooperates With Police, They Thank Him

Over the last 6+ months, the left has painted this picture where black people get shot by police just for fun. It is standard operating procedure according to the left. We all know this was the case with the Gentle Giant.

Now this black guy gets arrested and nothing happened to him. The prosecutors even go so far as to thank him.

Can the left explain this deviation from protocol?

Philadelphia Eagles player Nate Allen was wrongly accused of driving around while pleasuring himself, and FL prosecutors have cleared his name -- partly due to a well-timed Red Lobster dinner.
Allen was detained last week in Fort Myers after a 16-year-old girl called 911 to report seeing a man driving a black truck with the windows down and masturbating. An officer responded to the area, saw Allen in a black Ford pick-up, and arrested him.

But the State Attorney's Office announced today that further investigation revealed Allen's truck was NOT the one the girl reported seeing.

Also, Allen was having dinner at a Red Lobster at the time the girl called 911. Prosecutors confirmed this from the time stamp on his bill ... and a photo he took with an employee. Great time for some cheddar biscuits!

State Attorney's Office spokesperson Samantha Syoen tells TMZ ... prosecutors thanked Nate for his patience and for cooperating with investigators.

His attorney Sawyer Smith says Nate is just grateful the whole ordeal is behind him.

Wouldn't know - seeing as I'm not an ardent supporter or hater either way. If you would have gone deeper into what I actually said you would have seen that the implications are that this guy probably got off easy because of his class and notoriety and less due to his skin color. The skin color is inconsequential to this story but being used as an angle. Examine the real issues: class and social rank.
 
There are lots of stories of everyday black men having non-violent, non-confrontational run-ins with cops simply because they cooperated but the left doesn't wanna push that since it doesn't fit their narrative.

The cops thought he was jacking behind the wheel and he is a relative nobody in the NFL so the police had no idea who he was. The whole point of the post is the guy actually behaved rationally in the confrontation and was apparently treated with respect as he should have been. The story would have a much different ending if he acted like a damn fool and tried to grab the cops gun or tried to be bull rush him. Nobody in the media is going to advance this narrative though, and Obama sure as hell isn't.

Generally agreed. On the same token, the "right" does the exact same nonsense.

Neither side is to be trusted.
