Stop it with the phrases and stupidity... Just raise them and get it done.....behind the curve and should have raised rates years ago......
Hopefully Trump is smart enough to get rid of her come January and put a real hawkish fed chairman in there...she has created the next crisis but no one will realize this until it happens of course...that's how every crisis plays out....
