  2. How about an immediate additional 25% tax on liquor?
  3. How about a 10 hour a week increase in hours worked?
  4. How about several casinos whose profits will be used exclusively to pay off debt?
  5. How about investing in government backed auto company? There is a good way to spend part of the 57B.
  6. How about increasing the entrepreneurial spirit of the country, with government backed incentives to get the economy going?
  7. How about offering inexpensive labor to assemble part for tech companies worldwide to get young people off their ass?
  8. How about anything that says, we want to be self-sufficient without asking for handouts?

Greeks shouldn't be asking for a fish. They need to learn to fish. Once that happens, then they can move towards:

All I see in that proposal is kicking the can down the road. There is no plan for self-sufficiency in it at all.

I still don't get it. What on earth is the EU? Who cares if you are a member of it? Ok, one currency is great in that you can live in Greece, hop on a fast train, work in England or Germany, Spain whereever. I even heard one guy on the radio that says the one currency systems is great for sex because people can more easily mobilize and mix.

Ok, these are good things. But do you really need the Euro for that? Just use Bitcoin and do the same thing?

I propose the BU. The Bitcoin Union.

Cuba should join the EU and ask repeatedly for bailouts. They say the Greeks are too proud. I think it is the other way around. I think the Cubans are too proud and the Greeks are professional beggars.

For the Greeks we need first something else.
The problem is that the Greeks, for centuries, eat more fish than they could possibly catch. So we should first learn them to eat less fish. Put them on regime. We call that austerity.
And when they understand that we can learn them how to cath fish.

Suppose you would have financial problems to maintain your family. If that is the case you should, or increase income, or reduce spending. If you have to buy less food to reduce expenses then you should rather try to improve your income. But if you still have that learjet, it is better and more efficient to sell that jet first and all problems will be solved immediatelly.
So Greece should first cut all unnecesarry or exaggerated expenses, and then improve income. Improving income takes time, cutting expenses in general can go much more quickly.
 
If this does occur, the DAX will likely open down 200+. The EURO will go below 1.08. Would not be surprised to see Obama make an appearance.

Greece will go on the leash. Last rumours:
  1. before july 15 a number of laws should be voted in Greek parliament, promises are not enough. Trust is completely gone.
  2. Europe wants stronger measures in VAT, pensions and taxes
  3. laws on labor should be adapted
  4. privatisation will not be managed by Greek but by Europe, all the activa that should be sold should be put in a treuhand and all money from sales should be used to pay back loans. Europe wants to prevent that this money will disappear again. Will be used as collateral.
Not only the Greek government should agree, also the Greek parliament should agree.

Restrictions on banks will continue for at least 2 months.

Tsiprias did not help Greece, he ruined it and made any solution virtually impossible.
Tsiprias wants respect for Greece, but his behavior did not show any respect for Europe.
