I've also seen white kids go bad when mocking the way black people talk and using their speech patterns. First they talk normally, then they use some of those words and accents to mock black people, but without knowing it, they are programming themselves to do bad and before they know it, they are using that type of language all the time and then they will commit crimes too.

The most direct cause of America's world leading prison population is the War on Drugs. We lead the world with 25% of its prison population (while comprising only 5% of the world's population).
Almost 25% of the people in jail are there because of drugs and, although whites use drugs more than blacks, blacks are far more likely to go to prison for it. This is true in countries such as England as well:

Also, I think we are talking about two vastly different scenarios. In my scenario I was examining the reasons behind black criminality in America and to a lesser degree Europe. My initial point was that the war on drugs is the primary cause of black incarceration in America. I then provided resources to back up my claims. 25% of our prison population is incarcerated for drugs and blacks make up a disproportionately large share of that population (as evidenced by the resources I provided).
Rape and murder are not major factors, at least in what I have been able to glean, of why there are so many blacks in jail. However, to answer your question, if a black man raped and killed my wife, he would not be on the same level as a black slave. Only a black slave could be on the same level as a black slave.
