Unlike presidents congress as a whole doesn't need high approval ratings for individual members to win re election.Many congress members individually do have better approval ratings in thier states and districts than Trump that's why they get re elected and Trump is a one term loser who lost to a former and current member of Congress.
Trumps 2nd impeachment was bipartisan.
Also a Congressman just has to win a district of what 70,000 people who are mostly apathetic and simply re vote the same guy or gal.
Obama had 40% approval when re-elected.
Congress is filled with losers with 1/3 the approval of Trump.
Partisan hackery and impeachment is a badge of honor from those losers.

Members of both parties voted for impeachment,that is bipartisanship.Trumps impeachment 2.0 got more opposite party votes than any other presidential impeachment in history.
