Black Box Programmers

I am interested in doing some black box trading with my own parameters. I have front end software that I like and get a good rate on, so I would be looking to hook up to their API.

Anyone have any insight on how to find someone to build the blackbox program (where I would then set the parameters myself) for me?

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
