Black Box: Clearing/Execution Firm Needed

Hi

I've got an ATS I need a home for. It needs to be remote trading with a reputable firm. I'm not licensed. Any ideas or experiences with firms out there?
 
Trading volume will be relatively low compared to other bboxes. I'm willing to pay $10/1000 shares to make up for the difference.

10:1 leverage on $10k



I need to know clearing costs and any other fees as well as the breakdown of cost/fee, etc.
