Most if not all of high value NFT sales are fake. Just wash trading of the same group. Few times they came up in real auctions, there was 0 bids ay any price.
 
We're not low enough yet for all retail BTC investors to be out. Side note I think the idea of NFTs is a good one but not in it's current format.
