It's past 33k now and it remains bullish. That said, Guggenheim invested 500 million dollars in Bitcoin, so they have a vested interest to drum up interest in a Bitcoin rally and turn it into a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Point is, his guess is as good as yours. Hell Tesla should be worth $30 and here we are at $700.
