Bitcoin Price Thread

The 1d tf chart looks like Wyckoff accumulation, so I think it will grow soon.
Wyckoff practitioners and how they use Wyckoff Method to trigger a buy or a sell to open is of interest to me.

One fellow Tom O'Brien, who was somewhere said to have incorporated a good bit of his trading philosophy and method from Wyckoff principles has a long running daily show and is the only example of Actionable Information vs someday soon maybe, he'll actually say "Price jumped the creek, came back to ice on lighter volume, if we get a bounce and wide price spread with more volume, it's a buy at xyz price", or the like.

Is he using Wyckoff? That I do not know. I read a book he wrote years ago, made some money with a gold miners newsletter he puts out. But it'd be good to meet a dedicated Wyckoff trader and see what the essentials of the method boil down to.

So I'm always on the lookout for a dedicated Wyckoff trader. If you see any, send them this way.

Let me know when you get into stocks.

Not sure if this is what you meant but I opened a synthetic long position on AMD call options Jan/2022 last week when stock was ~$82sh

It was a cumulative 1158 delta, but a little bit out of touch with how fast options can move. Today position is at ~1500 delta and added another 120 delta (added a couple more call options)

Position is 80% in profit which is crazy move in 1 week. I haven't played options in over 10 years

Anyway, this is an inflation hedge play using the stock market + a chip-shortage narrative. Will roll the position to Jan/2023 first week of 2021, if there's value to roll

Still mainly a cryptos investor guy so this is only a side hustle, diversification play using the stock market. Not planning any additional stock market position
