Bitcoin Price Thread

UPDATE OF THE WEEK:

BTC price looks strong and It has been rising more than 3% since the last couple of days while the probability of recession in the US is increasing and exerting pressure on financial markets. Digital gold is showing strong divergence with gold prices which is quite unusual behaviour. However, there are some doubts about the ability of Bitcoin to continue this movement against TradFi as stock indexes have been decreasing since the middle of September. Current very low liquidity on the crypto market can be an explanation for such divergence. On the other hand, statistically, the worst month for financial markets - September has just finished which could be a psychological impetus for investors who were waiting for the moment to invest.

Bitcoin is a multifaceted asset

I use it as an investment, savings (SoV), for remittances (transfer of value across borders), distrust of banks, medium of exchange (payments), and collateral asset (low interest defi loans)

Bitcoin is an asset that is outside of the global fiat debt-based monetary system

UPDATE OF THE WEEK:

Starting from the spring of 2023, there has been a rather interesting picture in the dynamics of the SnP 500 index, BTC and the level of global liquidity. While central banks continue to pump liquidity out of the global economy by raising interest rates, the SnP continues to grow, and BTC quotes are fairly confident within the price range. But if the growth of the SnP is due to the growth of only a few technology companies that pull the entire index, then BTC quotes are holding steady on an increase in the level of confidence in the cryptocurrency as a whole against the background of the collapse of the US government debt market. Before that, the quotes of SnP and crypto assets correlated with the dynamics of global liquidity, but this time their paths diverged.

I’m brand new to this stuff and am trying to read as many posts as I can. This thread is a monster. Is there a way to navigate it by date instead of page number?
