Bitcoin Price Thread

I think that no matter the price, even when the top is in, you will always expect higher.
If you expected 50k was the top and then it gets there, you will start to believe it's going to 100k$.

What Curt said though.. We've been going up slowly all the time.. And tops *tend* to happen after quick moves up.

IMO it will burst up in the end, and just start one of those trends when there is nothing but up, green candles straight up. Would make sense since there is no real resistance past ATH

around 30k$ seems realistic. Then you'd want to unload and buy alts, because that's where the major gains happen... People might get suckered in on Bitcoin, but the biggest scam happens on altcoins, lol.

Stock market also seems to be in the late stage of the bull, look at the fear&greed index... But the last stage can also be the most euphoric and u'd want to go with the momentum.

As far as daytrading goes, i just don't want to get suckered into what could happen, cuz then you are guaranteed to fuck yourself because it'll never go just as expected and the timing will be off and you really can not be biased.

Very good analyses, except it forgets outside forces. One being the general market itself. The problem with cryptos that they didn't prove to be resilient to the general market sell offs. When the market dropped 30% in March Bitcoin took a 50% shower.

So beside looking at BTC in a bubble we also have to guess when the next general market sell off will come.

12/14 and/or 12/21 when Tesla gets added to the S&P or 1/20/21 when Trump doesn't leave office. Lets hope we get a 50% sell off in equities this time too. 35% sell off wasn't worth it to Buffet and it's not worth it to me.

'50 Cent', who?
You can call me "50%"
