Though with the volume of 50 options per day, they seems less liquid than options on penny stocks. Not sure if IB will be rushing to let one guy buy 1 option

Have you seen NQ/ES futures options? There is often just one guy!
There are many options traded on ES futures, I trade them often as well with good liquidity.

Actually never traded them before, was just curious about anything related to bitcoin options. Would be good to hedge with a put at current levels while still holding my long positions.
