You can see what you did in two ways:
  • optimistic way
  • pessimistic way
You described the optimistic way.
I will describe the pessimistic way.

  • On 14/05 you bought BTC around $50,000. Till today you lost on that order $20,000 per coin. -40%. You need to make 67% to get break even.
  • On 18/05 you added BTC at $42,900. Till today you lost on that order $13,000 per coin. -30%. You need to make 44% to get break even.
  • On 19/05 your average price was $20,778. Close that day was $37,002.
  • Today below $30,000.
We dont' k now the exact size you bought each time, so we cannot calculation the new average price or the losses.
But on 14/05 and 18/05 you lost $20,000 or $13,000 per coin bought.
Add these 2 orders at your average price and that price will increase hard.

Averaging down only works if you can buy with a perfect timing. So impossible for almost anybody.

Crypto's are the ultimate dream for criminals and hackers. They get their money without any risk. All crypto's should be banned immediately or this kind of hacking will increase explosive.
Almost on a daily basis we see criminality exploiting crypto's to cover their identity.

Russia, and mostly Putin, exploit this opportunity to hurt the Western world as hard as possible. We are in a (electronic/digital) war with Russia, but nobody reacts.
Do you also notice that there is never a Russian company that gets hacked?
