Yes, it can be true. But it largely depends on the woman and her relationship with her father. A woman who has seen a supportive mother will be different from a woman brought up by a single mom.

Finding a woman today that meets the bare minimum for considering a long term relationship is an impossible feat. Just finding one pretty enough to marry but not a total bitch is impossible. Social media damaged all women. The pretty ones are ruined by constant validation, and the ugly ones aren't worth pursuing. And this is even before you get into the proper vetting process of finding out about her relationship with her father.

If you are a young man, then become a man who a father would be proud to give his daughter to.
This means:
- Be fit
- Be successful
- Be social
- Be in control of yourself
Success in each of these requires a decade of small habits, especially if you come from a shitty background. Once you reach this level, not only women but the fathers will be looking to you to take their daughters because they can trust you.
You can marry daughters who love their fathers if and only if, the father is respectable and someone you would love to be your father.
And remember, women will "say" they love daddy but you have to see action, not words. Respect, deference, etc.
And finally, a quick check on how your married life will be is to look at her mom and dad. Her mom will be her in the future.

Before we were married and had kids, my wife knew early in the relationship I did not have much money, miscalculated my bank balance and had to remove items at the cash register checkout
Today, she has access to all bank accounts and all crypto exchange accounts, even stock broker accounts and all crypto wallets

When I calculate existential risks, I take into account risks of something happening to me, like slipping in the bathroom or a heart attack or an aggressive cancer
I don't calculate probability risks of my wife taking off in the middle of the night since she's free to do that any time she wants
