BITCOIN Crash!

According to CoinMarketCap, there are 18.2 m bitcoins in existence.

BUT there were 10.5 m created at a price below $100.
And over 5 m at prices under a single dollar.

So why should those all those millions now be valued at over $ 5000 each ...? Makes no sense to me.
 
Bitcoin - if you take the 18 m coins in existence, and take the average of the max price at which each million was created, you get a figure of very approximately $ 2000.

Using the average price not max for each million created, give a VERY rough calculation of about half that.
