bitcoin cash vs. LiteCoin and where to get BTC cash

I have two questions relating to title:

- bitcoin cash vs. litecoin difference. Does anyone have good website tutorial that explains the difference?
- also interested in getting some BCC aka bitcoin cash, which is the easiest exchange to get from? I have an existing account with kraken but from last time I heard from then, US customers are not eligible for transaction.
