i have ask for the date of registry, the reply was identical that the comment from Cyril > bitaxel.bazeltech.com
no more information about it.

they redirect me on BAZEL TECH LTD and bazeltech.com website.
bazeltech.com was registered in 2012 and is valid to 2024. i have contact them to have a confirmation of exitence of bitaxel.
waiting for a reply...

other interresting information : the SSL certificate of BITAXEL and BAZELTECH was created from CPANEL hosting solution, which provide free and time limited SSL certificates for hosting only...
what serious company use free SSL certificate for website in 2020 ?
the BITAXEL SSL certificate expire on September, 9th 2020...
maybe the "D-day" ?!?!
 
The deposit was successful using a previous supplied deposit address. Not sure if alleviates concerns regarding this issue.

Apparently the actual physical address of BitAxel is as follows:

Suffolk Street, Birmingham, B1 United Kingdom. I have not yet been able to located an actual phone number to their offices. I have asked support to provide it but they have not provided it yet. This seems also a little suspicious to me.

I am not well versed in the technical aspects you point out regarding the SSL certificates. You bring up an interesting point. That would be a question that should be asked of support. It will be interesting to get their response.

All being said I continue to invest nominal amounts and so far the returns have been as advertised.

Needed to fill a form with name and email to send message to support team.

it's appears that the reply delay was increased.

So, the website is evolving... (2FA, new support chat)
can be a good omen, if the scam works, there is no need to change things...
 
Yes it does appear they want to keep improving the site. Let's see, I am still invested and receiving returns as advertised. But caution still prevails in my outlook

Are you able to access the bitaxel website? I didn't receive my funding email today and nor I am able to reach the website.
 
I find it weird, why add functionality to close 3 days later ...
So the facts are there, the website is down. may be a maintenance, but don't really believe it.
It looks like the website closed at 11:47 p.m. yesterday.

No chance to get the money back.
There is no contract, no guarantee, no insurance (it's the goal of scam...).
I followed a few transactions, they was splited into hundreds of others ...
And there is no way to force refund, your payments were made of your own free will.


I give you a tip, if you used the same password on bitaxel as on other sites, change all your passwords immediately!
All thing linked with your email, username, password is potentially corrupt
