1. Would you take an internet PDF as a 100 dollar bill.

Obama had a chance to submit proof and lay a foundation for that proof. Apparently he would rather risk not being allowed on the Georgia ballot, than provide proof consistent with the rules of evidence.

2. There is a second issue... can a person whose dad is Kenyan be eligible to be President of the U.S.
The U.S. Supreme Court may have to define Natural Born Citizen.

He just posted it online back then.

Now that he has been challenged under Georgia law he must show that he is eligible to be on the ballot in Georgia. He has to show not only that he was born in the U.S. but that he is a natural born citizen as required by the Constitution.

So far, a study of SCOTUS rulings in the 1800's indicates that one must be born of two U.S. citizens to be a natural born citizen. We know this is not the case with Obama. So, unless a different definition is made by SCOTUS before the election, it looks like Obama is a poser.

Georgia is just the first test of the law and the Constitution.
