There has never been any grounding ever in basic law back to the Constitution and before to include conditions about parents.
It is obvious why not anyway, apart from it being wrong.
The parents antecedence would sooner or later by some crazy birther probably , then get referred back to their parents ad infinitum, until no one is a natural born citizen.
Then the Constitution will have the wrong words in it.

As everything else is wrong that doesn't conform to your weird ideas, you might as well go the whole hog.

Thanks for the education on this issue, jem. It seems the courts would really not like to deal with this issue. Maybe they are afraid of the consequences on previous presidential actions where the president was deemed ineligible after the fact.

It seems Orly taitz is sending out those pesky subpoena's for birth and immigration records. In CA we usually do not get the judge to sign the subpoena. But the image seems to show the judge signed them.

We know obama's team will move to quash...

This is going to be interesting.
This could mean the constitution will be served.
Right now in Georgia.

If those subpoenas are real, just the fact that court ordered subpoenas went out, is a victory for justice.

We will see if Obama plays games.. or produces proof of eligibility.
