The plaintiffs asked a court to make sure the state board did its job and ensured that candidates were eligible for the position they sought.

All Obama really had to do was submit an birth certificate or some other evidence under penalty of perjury. By doing so, he would have most likely met is initial burden of production.

It would have been then incumbent on the plaintiffs to challenge that evidence. The court would have then weighed the evidence made a finding and submitted that finding to a state board.

That is the rule of law. That is america in action.

It will not seem funny to you when that finding causes Obama to not be on the primary ballot. that will make you loons squeal racism and make all sort of remarks about the south.

Of course there is a chance or the state election board will review the evidence in the record submitted by the Plaintiff and find in favor of Obama.

For goodness sakes, there are no real facts and real evidence to be examined you idiot.

The onus is on the plaintiff to make a valid submission. It is not on Obama to keep constantly replying to the same pathetic birther bullshit nonsense that has been previously denied and thrown out of court ad nauseum.

There is no evidence to review because there is no evidence the plaintiff has anything that resembles a case you goof.

Judge Malihi shortened the time to file any post trial trial pleadings. He moved the date from February 5th to February 1. He will issue his ruling shortly thereafter. I believe, he will issue his ruling by the end of the day on February 1 or on February 2 at the latest. I believe Brian Kemp, the Secretary of State of GA, will announce on February 2 or 3rd whether Barack Hussein Obama’s name will be allowed on the ballot in the state of GA as an eligible Presidential candidate.
