No that was always the issue. Media made it out like it was where he was born to distract from what the real issue has always been.

1. First of all obama loons... lie.
I never said Obama was not born here.
2. Obama loons state Obama is a NBC. I never stated whether obama is an NBC or not. I told them the Supreme Court has not defined NBC.
So the loons change the argument again.
3. Stu is the biggest troll on et. He told us the law has been applied. I caught in his lie... so he makes up more b.s.
then the 3 obama loons come out like tweedle dee and tweedle dumb to hide the facts.
4. Now it looks like a court will apply the law and test for eligibility.
Which is a victory for all.
If the court finds Obama eligible... great... who goes on the ballot in georgia. I hope they test the Republican too.
Why? ... because we have a Constitution. It is part of what make the country work. Its called the rule of law. Something the troll commies on et dont like.

Is this about the conspiracy theory that his family was sufficiently connected to obtain the birth certificate fraudulently? That would be unprovable. If he has a long form certificate then he is good to go.
You have to beat him in an election. If you can't produce a candidate capable of doing that then you better get used to the guy because he is going to be around for another term.
In my view, once Christie refused to run it was a foregone conclusion that he (Obama) would be reelected. Even Christie would have had one hell of a fight.

The judicial had to deal with dozens of lawsuits and spend millions of dollars to processing them. The Hawaii state office had to hire people to deal with all the requests.
So much Government money was spent on this issue for no reason. Just so Obama could play his games.
Of course many of the lawsuits were unnecessary but people have the right to sue. Why would Obama put undue pressures on the resources of the Government for no reason.

Here are facts....
1. An elector in the state of Georgia sued to have a court make the state elections board ensure that a candidate meets eligibility requirements before it puts the candidate on the ballot. Its interesting because this is for a primary ballot.
(note there will probably be a flurry of these suits once the parties pick their candidates)
This is apparently the first time Obama has to jump a hurdle like that because in the last election neither Obama nor McCain had to prove anything to anybody.

I have no problems if Obama prevails on the merits.
That is what EVERYONE on both sides of aisle believed. If Christie gets in the race, progressives everywhere were headed to the war room, cause it is going to be war.
When Christie declined, well then it was time go have some drinks and find out just how silly they could make Mittens look.
Why Christie declined, I personally will never know. He must have some skeletons. He was the GOP's shining knight. He chose not to fight. Everyone in the nation knew this.
I would love to ask him that, just for personal enlightenment.
I thought there also was a problem with the number sequence on the birth certificate provided by Obama leading some to suscpect it may not be an actual birth record. Obama had a higher number than some born after him and accounting for the time of reporting the birth didn't resolve the matter.
