Quote from stu:
That record is the Certification of Live Birth recorded in the State of Hawaii recorded by State officials whose job it is to make the record under Law.
It is prima facie evidence - in any court proceeding - of a fact of birth.
You have nothing to support any conspiracy that the record is forged, is false, incomplete, or the State of Hawaii and its officials are lying, have, or are, acting illegally. Where is your evidence to show any of that is the case?
Your evidence cannot be that you want to see more proof of something which is already evidentially acceptable to the Courts. You have to show real reason why it is not what it is- ie: a validated Certificate of Live Birth confirming the President as a natural born citizen..
You cannot do that.
Therefore you cannot reach any point near rules of evidence because you don't even have a case in the first place.
The one thing you do have though, is a tit where your brain should be.
So without the wherewithall to think this through, why not save all the mental anguish you must be struggling from and just faith it when you can't understand the frigging obvious. You know , like you do with god.
You've gotta be kidding. This document (colb) has only been seen on the internet and has NEVER been verified as accurate by the Hawaii DOH.
Is that too hard to understand?
Not only that, but the document itself says "filed" by registrar, instead of the normal identification of "accepted" by registrar, which you'll see on any other colb out there. And, wouldn't you know it, the Hawaii DOH is doing their level best to HIDE their current policies and procedures so people can't get to the bottom of just what the difference is between "filed" and "accepted".
You don't have to be a tin foil hatter to realize that it does mean something, but you do have to be just a little batty to slough it off as meaning nothing.
