On last check, US was still a free country and continuing to question B. Obama's eligibility for office of President, no matter how irritating it becomes is perfectly fine. He could end the matter by conclusive proof. He has never addressed the matter as far as I know, which leads to suspicion. If people think "
birthers" look ridiculous, who cares? I don't. Additionally, perhaps a more focused examination of future candidates eligbility could be implemented "before" this situation arises again. In that vein, there would be no question.

Hey, let me cause a little distraction here with the racism issue and so jem can be happy about the not exact legal definition of "natural born citizen":

"McCain was born in the panama canal zone, and at the time of birth, he was not a citizen of the united states. He was granted citizenship retroactively by a later law.
