Birther Central - Trump Sends In The Investigators

Quote from jem:

If you are going to post about the law... be accurate.

Seriously, why should I? The birthers never state real facts*, so everything being equal, I can make up whatever I want... :)

Now enjoy the next 6 years under Obama. Suck it up and hibernate!

*One idiot just posted Obama was adopted by his stepfather, although there is no real evidence for it.

Quote from jem:

Marbury vs. Madison is the law of the land until...

...you reach Dred Scott vs. Sandford. It was in Boston Legal Season 4th Episode 7th... :)

Watch more TV....

Speaking of Hawaii, I can shred on the ukulele, like Vinnie Moore on his Dean VM-2000:

Pekelo you still running your paper trading journal; the one that was down over 100 ES points on a single trade once?

You and Optional are both wrong, but you Jem are an ignoramus nonpareil

United States Constitution, Article IV, Section I:

"Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof."

It's quite clear that if HI certifies the birth of an individual, then
it must be recognized by each and every other state. Even Idaho and Alaska.

And btw, Marketsurfer, why don't you go back to blowing Larry Conners.

Full faith and credit doesn't apply to Ballots. Getting on the ballot is similar to a license. For instance, you can't take a Texas concealed carry permit to New Mexico and simply pick up a license without a further process.

Same with this. Az has it's requirements for getting on the ballot. Besides you would have to get someone in HI to sign a birth certificate for him and I doubt if you would since even the Governor can't find it.

There are no federal conceal carry permit laws so that is not a good example.A driver's license would be a better example and guess what ? You can move from one state to another and switch drivers licenses

Hawaii's COLB does have a signature by signature stamp( many state BC's have signatures by stamp). It also has a serial number and State Seal

He can't be denied a spot on the ballot over the issue of citizenship.

Thank you Judge Judy. Stick to your local tort cases and leave the Constitutional issues to those with a clue.

full faith and credit has been applied to enforce judgments and child custody.

Let me explain something for the dimwits.

If CA is looking for pekalo born in texas in 1970. ... pekalo can't walk in to a court and say I am not pekalo born in taxes in 1970 because I have a drivers license from texas which says I am peakalo and it says I was born in 1969.

Courts... are allowed to review the evidence.
This whole idea of full faith and credit controlling this issue is promulgated by simple minded pinko websites.
