Birmingham (3rd largest City in Engalnd) - 30,000 people being evacuated after terrorist threat. Number of controlled explosions carried out.

Short the pound on Sunday.
 
That link doesn't work - and while Thomson does confirm there was up to that many people removed from the center square, no explosions are mentioned at all.

Stop drumming up panic.
