First of all, this is not voter fraud, this is electoral fraud which I have explained to you before but you still don't get it.
Second, I am open to ALL investigations, there is nothing stopping from the local DA to investigate while the state board does it's investigation as well.
BTW -- you lack of understanding of the difference between voter fraud and electoral fraud as defined under the law is appalling. Electoral fraud (in North Carolina and nearly every other state) is defined as systemic fraud involving:
- acts committed by poll workers who are employed or volunteers for an election (e.g. ballot stuffing by an election worker).
- systemic alteration of the composition of the electorate (e.g. gerrymandering).
- manipulation of demography (systemically claiming people live where they do not).
- disenfranchisement (e.g. literacy tests).
There is a third category of "fraud" which is a law enforcement matter and that is Intimidation.
In regards to the investigation -- how many times do I need to state that in North Carolina (and many other states) only the State Election Board can investigate voter fraud that spans county borders. The state/county DA's do not have the power to investigate voter fraud unless some portion of a case is referred to them by the State Election Board.
Your assertion that the local DA can investigate voter fraud on its own is laughable and demonstrates your complete ignorance on the subject. Only a federal DA has the power to investigate election fraud separate of the state elections board in our state (and many other states).
