I've read a ton of those positive type reviews. BIOD had them when I initially invested.

Smart way to play these volatile biotech stocks, is to get in early enough so that you get your initial investment out first, then you've got a free ride. Just the positive pre-release buzz is worth riding up.

Quote from marketsurfer:

Yeah , possible. Date is end of September at the latest , not to mention the company has several other products in pipeline. I'm not a big biotech guy, but this one is truly compelling.

5.19 close after hyping it in the 5.40's yesterday.

Seriously, do you have a real account or do you just get paid to start awful threads?

Add yet another loss to the MS paper trading journals.

seriously...i would really like to know what kind of predictive power a retail trader has for these biotech speculative stocks:

1. pure luck
2. insider information

Closed 4.98 after trading down to 4.80. Another double digit % loss in less than three trading days. Your calls are beyond bad.

Notice how MS updated this thread numerous times on the one up day, but now that BIOD has become another disastrous pick, MS is nowhere to be found.

Typical behavior from ET's ultimate attention whore.

Surf's analysis of BIOD was split between this thread and his main journal. Based on a careful read of both, he bought at 4.37 then sold at 5.35 for a 22% gain. I wish my "disastrous" picks were 22% profits!

Exactly Rod. If these folks would just read a little rather than hating on the surf, they mite learn something.
