Binance.us, pro.coinbase and Kraken- impressions

I am giving up on these idiots in Germany (Binance.us). After weeks of uploading bank statements and drivers' licenses, the fuckers still refuse to validate my id. I think they do not even want US customers. I wish they had a decent relationship with US regulators because they have most crypto assets, but their lame US site you are restricted trading futures and many coins I like to dabble into.
Kraken is a definite improvement from coinbase that is too basic and simple for my taste. (I still use both). Does anyone know where Kraken is based?

It is a German outfit and even the US site is owned (not hosted or located by them)
The US is a huge market so saying that nobody wants US customers shows that you are a fucking moron.
The Securities US laws restrict these foreign outfits from accepting US customers. US exchanges are safer and everyone (except anti American fuckwits know this)

I think....you should read their terms and conditions.
The only thing that is operated in Germany is their stock token business, nothing else.

Binance US is running under the flag of BAM Trading Services Inc.

And no, nobody wants US clients. It's a hassle to deal with the IRS and with reporting all client data to US authorities. So no derivatives for you guys...ever...on any exchange.

Your lack of willingness to do due diligence doesn't give you the right to insult other people. Read up and be friendly.

This changes nothing. This is from a 'happy customer'; "Bam trading services is in *partnership* with binance germany. I have had no contact with bam, but binance us is the most corrupt and fraudlent company i have ever experienced. They have $350,000.00 us dollars, in my accounts, and there is no way to contact them, as they will not allow my access to these accounts. They hide their email, phone # and ip address. Once your money is in there account..........Consider it gone. This has been going on for months. I have just contacted the ftc, ic3, cfpb, fbi and other agencies regarding their activities. There are many, many complaints from current customers who have been devistated by binance us financially and emotionally. These current complaints are just from february and march of 2021. Beware is putting it mildly...................All of the above agencies are now investigating binance us."

So, while I regret using strong language I am very annoyed by anti-American
voices when it is China who will fuck you in the ass, EU, and the rest of the whiney world who spews anti-American slogans. MAGA!

Calm down, truth is you are as US resident restricted from trading many assets, including many index options (via futures options) at reputable foreign exchanges. It's not the fault of foreign intermediaries to dislike US customers. It's the fault of US regulations that claim to protect you but in reality limit your choices because many riskier US domestic activities are allowed. You can buy an AR15 anywhere but futures options in Asia might kill you. Blame the hypocrisy of your own country.

Your choice but I would implore you to reconsider. Diverse opinions are a good thing and anyone who gets out of line exposes him or herself without need to ignore them. All I am saying is, reserve the block/ignore for a few individuals who have zero interest in a fair exchange of ideas. I think this guy at least engages fairly, though angry, which we are all at times.
