This was the first post, when I stated that I had a look at the market about a year ago at the time of the lockdown.

This was the second post, when I had a look at the market again to find out that it has since improved after the Coronavirus.
"I just had another look at the market, it has improved it must have been down to the Coronavirus. So your story may well be true."
I claimed the dip in 'listings' or prices could be down to the Coronavirus, which I confirmed with my second post. So the original poster's story may well be true. This is all I have claimed.
You claim the listings OR prices could be down but hold on you admit and say below in the quoted post that it was the listings. You have contradicted yourself yet again.

Here's a claim I'll put forth: You are a fraud. A room of chimpanzees flinging their own shit has more academic value over your macroeconomic work.
If you are a new Canadian (have been in Canada for less than 5 years) you can buy a property and get a 1st mortgage at a major bank with no credit history, or income verification. Put 20% down and the bank will finance the rest - no questions asked.
If you have been a Canadian for longer than 5 years you have to verify your income. And the income has to be enough to handle the payments on the mortgage.

It's 35% down minimum not all Canadian banks will do this. You don't even have to be Canadian.

My comments are consistent, the market had limited listings a year ago and prices varied for foreign investors depending on the exchange rate. This is in line with my original comments in the 3rd and 4th posts of this thread. You have chosen to ignore my comments in the statement that you quoted that I stated the prices were either favourable or not favourable to a foreign investor depending on the exchange rate at the time. My statements are consistent throughout our communication.
This is the 6th post by you in this thread and the first mention of any discussion of exchange rates or prices. There is nothing written by yourself objectively in any previous post by you in this thread that mentions exchange rate or prices.

There is a statement about foreign investors, which would involve exchange rates.
This is a quote from post 17 on page 2.
"Your statements specify that my claims were accurate but you are unhappy with my terminology. To satisfy you I say that the listings a year ago were not very numerous and most of the properties were inappropriate for foreign investors at the time, although the prices might have been better depending on the exchange rate for that particular country."
The impact of exchange rates was stated long ago in the discussion of this thread. My statements have been consistent with my posts. It also has nothing to do with my macroeconomic work.
Tell me and everyone else reading on the Internet where in the bolded and underlined did you actually write "exchange rate" or "price". Or where you explicitly mention a reference to "exchange rate" or "price".
You can't because there isn't one. Your posts and claims are inconsistent and fraudulent.

In the first quote I did not state exchange rate or price but foreign investor, which involves foreign investment and exchange rates. The second quote on page two (post 17) does state exchange rates as a factor. This was before you claimed I had not mentioned the exchange rate previously. So you were incorrect when in post 27 on page 3 when you posted the following quote.
