- carpets 2m
- designers fee 1m
- kitchen 0.5m
- baths 1.5m (150k for each)
- floors 1m ($40 per sqft x 24,000)
- hifi stereo 2m
total: 23M
Less than 10% of the real estate price! So he made great deal
What would be a Monthly Maintenance and taxes? Like $150,000 a month?
