Billionaire Ken Griffin Buys America’s Most Expensive Home for $238 Million

I turned to my dad once and said to him "money can't buy happiness, dad."

He looked at me and responded "being poor can't either."
Had none of those two, so you get double like from me ; in fact, even i create an art, exercise etc. , if i would create a chart, reflecting on my daily mood, evaluating self worth ( furfillment of life ? ), feeling worst , bottom like & the best momments,
- the anxiety / depression days, for sure would be those, when i was broke.

And when one dreams about having billions ( thou needs a vision & has a right to have, given the fact bridge waters was started in kitchen ), and you mix that with creativity, and artistic aspects, dreamin about, rebuilding Erebor from Lotr. As a museum for future generations + monetizing on that idea.

The happiest people I’ve come across in my life have been from the Poor side. I mean as far as I could tell. They have also been the most generous percentage wise to their net worth that is.

Money can't guarantee happiness but it sure can eliminate many sources of unhappiness. I used to say that too "Money can't buy happiness" but realised later that was my excuse and consolation for not being able to make lots of money. Loser mentality.

He's not really low latency he makes all his money ripping off retail traders while chatting about interest rates. Their systems are very weak. He's what id called a very stupid person.
