I mean why to do that on 65 ? Most if not all of his active sex life already in past when it comes to that age, so what was his intensions are really out of my mind. But I am not a billionaire trader, so my opinion will not countable anyway, any other thoughts ?

Obviously he envisioned an active sex life after the surgery. 65 y o is a number, 1000s of millions is another one, which likely supersedes the former when it comes to an active and diverse sex life.
