As long as you go in knowing the presenter is giving you their opinion vs. "hard news" then you should be all set in understanding fox.
Comparing FOX to the other news outlets is an unfair comparison. The "hard" news programs are supposed to be objective and they are not. FOX doesn't pretend to be a "hard" news show and can't be measured against the same criteria as the traditional media yet they continually are.
FOX does a better job of presenting both sides by inviting both sides on to speak where as the traditional media does not.
The standards CBS and the other networks live by are far more stringent than FOX's and they fail miserably.
