Bill Hwang, "Tiger Cub Archegos Liquidation Triggers Record Crash in Discovery, ViacomCBS "

No, but he kept borrowing and buying on the way up. My guess is that he was levered to the limit at or around the top.

Viacom stock was basically flat for many years, then it spiked up earlier this year. It topped out at 100 on Monday, only began to fall since last Tuesday.
It looks like Bill Hwang bought most of the stock near the top?

Or to paraphrase a line from Other People's Money: "The stock topped at a 100 because i've been buying it."

I think the Fed being in the driver seat now makes any comparisons to the 2000s irrelavent.

In regards to the funds blowing up, once their positions come closer to being fully unwound, it should be a really good buy the dip opportunity.

I don't try to convert anyone. I never attempted to convert anyone on this website. Everyone has a free choice. My comment was obviously tongue in cheek. It just struck me as odd that an atheist could get that angry at Christians. Did you work at his shop and felt threatened of conversion? I don't think so.

That's very Christian of you.

I know you like converting people:
Athiests to Christians.
Poles to Germans.
Jews to ashes.
