I guess the part that confuses me is why. I totally get the mainstream media didn't want to touch these stories. They were hard to confirm, there is always the possiblity of a shakedown, plus no lib wanted to criticize one of the country's most revered black role models.
But surely someone in his position could have had women for the asking. He didn't have to drug them. In hollywood, seriously? An escort service, ala Charley Sheen, would have been cheaper in the long run. It's hard to believe he didn't have women throwing themselves at him anyway.
