Former President Bill Clinton told CNBC Tuesday that the US economy already is in a recession and urged Congress to extend all the tax cuts due to expire at the end of the year.

Speculation is, Clinton is trying to fund raise on Obama's coat tails to pay down Hillarys Campaign IOU's. If this is true then it's not an either or on Reps or Obama. It's about da money.

That sounds like the "slick willie" we know and love.
