Bill and Melinda Gates - Divorce

They should have turned their marriage off and then on again.

For older Windows users: "It looks like you're having marital difficulties. Can I recommend a counsellor or lawyer?"

She could have tried dual booting instead of a completely new OS install. Works as long as the Windows partition is unaware.

I guess Bill's hardware is obsolete, and she didn't want a future with software.

Their marriage was not conventional by any means. Most beautiful and highly intelligent women would not let you spend your vacations with your first love. I hope Melinda makes up for lost time now that she’s rich as god!

For a marriage to the richest man in the world without a prenup, 99% of 'beautiful and highly intelligent' would agree to that.

She must of been laughing (all the way to bank), if those were the kind of silly T&C he was worried about enforcing on her instead of making her sign any kind of prenup.

Remember when CLR’s founder settled with his wife for $1 billion right before the Oil tanked in 2015(?) and wrote his ex a check for $975 million because he did not want her being a billionaire? The Gates seem beyond pettiness like that. Hamm’s wife should have offered him $500 million for CLR last April.

but what actually the reason they decided to divorce still in question, I have no idea about this, there is a certain internal problem between them.

Prenup is useless nowadays cuz it can be renegotiated. Tiger Woods had a prenup with his ex. and she used the children as bargaining chips to renegotiate the prenup and divorced him several months later as if there was no prenup.

Bill has a heart of gold. What a great, great human being. He exists only to better humanity.
