How come I don't see these types of threads for long positions very often?

Apparently Ackman has just released a NEW presentation:

it is not illegal but if he had a market moving position (which he does) he opens himself to accusations of market manipulation. He was short, she did not short it a day before he published the record, absolutely correct and he made clear all market regulators are crystal clear about that as well.

As I recall, he was short when it came out. That was part of Icahn's claim that Ackman took this large position then tried to move the market so his MTM would look good at year end.
