My cousin who is highly athletic has a wife who is also highly athletic.
When in a dress or not she scares the hell out of me. You can still tell she has muscles.
To my eyes she looks like this!

I know you're (mostly) kidding, but if you can't see a meaningful difference between this person and the women in the video, then I'm not sure you know which sex you're opposite of.

She's overweight in the first photo. She's a knockout in the second photo. If she were put on a thin layer of additional fat, she would continue to be a knockout, perhaps even more so for most. But if you prefer her in the first photo, then you're partial to heft. Nothing wrong with that. But that's what it is.
