I can certainly share examples of winning (or losing) days. What I don't do is make performance nor profitability claims related to my business, for compliance with ftc regs.
How about a hey congrats on good trading?
It’s more disengenous to only show your winning days. People will think you are earning 3k every day.
my guess is that’s your intent because you don’t even post a disclaimer like “this is an exceptionally good day”
Exactly. The same guy who constantly uses regulation as not being able to show historical performance (which of course is highly encouraged over making wild claims by every regulator as long as one states that past performance is not an indication of future returns), that same guy hand picks winning days without disclaimer.
It's absolutely dishonest, as dishonest as pulling some of those poor souls from his "trading" meetup in front of a camera to say something rehearsed in favor of his course. It must be working every fxxxx time with some of the dumbest people amongst us else why are those testimonials still being used.
And all that before ever saying a word about his inverse vix etf stuff that he constantly talks about which makes zero mathematical and analytical sense.

I’ve been watching Ken Calhoun post on these boards for near 2 yrs . For 95% of that time he’s been a raging bear . We know how much of that time the mkts gone up . Guys like him make almost all their money selling services . If Calhoun were a great trader do you think he’d be selling services ? He could have taken $100 k into many millions . This is nothing specially against Calhoun but all people who sell services . He’s on these boards to get clients for his services.Anyone who pays Ken Calhoun 1 dime for any stock services is a fool .
Come on: Hundreds of millions of people send out hundreds and hundreds of millions of checks each year with their account number and routing number and bank name and their home street address. How many banks have been hacked - to your exact precise knowledge? IF they every got hacked, do yo think they would allow their bank clients to continue to smother the planet with all that info?

A well informed summary - I am 100% in agreement.... but it seems from his running account sheets (but they do not a constitute a track record) that I have seen he is a winning trader and trades aggressively so may want to impart his craft knowledge for payment.

I dont get it...You(trading coach) are allowed to only post your up days,but you cant post an audited track record or some verifiable proof of competency???

Any track record of any, some or all trades, in an non-audited manner, can be published by any trader at any time - there is no law or rule or regulation against it and if you disagree, do cite the exact law or rule or regulation by page, verse and tab/number. The only exception is if you are licensed by any of the regulatory agencies, then you have to play by their rules.
My point is simply that I had a good up day.... but far be it from some here to celebrate a fellow trader actually Winning on ET with PnL Proof.
Some of you guys remind me of the 'misery loves company' analogy of a bucket of crabs trying to climb out.... if one starts to make it, the others try and drag him back down.
I hope to inspire other traders, as I have for over twenty years, by showing examples of lessons learned.
For those who attack me, a UCLA grad, Moneyshow speaker and award-winning #1-voted top TASC author.... you would look more intelligent by giving me credit where it's due.... because I work hard to help traders.
