agreed. last 3-4 days have been horrible. no sustained moves and if there were any they came at times that were not normal. just stick to your rules and they'll keep you safe.

i second the drink.

No I think I drink too much!

Seriously, alot of those are core "book" positions with option hedges..and some stuff that is multi-day.

Like have had HD since 22, AOL from 11...Short homebuilders..etc...lotta theme trades and such.

In between take both hedge and directional bets with ES.

There were some good trends in the YM this AM, I thought. I am new to the market so maybe I am so used to chop that this just looked like a big trend to me?

A 100 pt drop to me is a trend, whether it recovers or not...I only pay attention to the AM though, and I guess it did recover later, so technically no trend.
