The only thing laughable about ARCA is the insane amount of OUR money put into their commercials over a system that is reliable. 
ARCA obviously. But the really sad part is that the idiots who "protect investors" by banning ISLD from publishing quotes in ETFs don't care at all that trading is disrupted in virtually all stocks and ETFs every day to every other day by quotes that lag several minutes or are complete illusions, and of course we don't want to forget that the average trader probably has 10% of all his orders screwed up by ARCA, some of them pending cancel all day.
Exactly what was the official reason for banning ISLD quotes again? And exactly how does that reason not apply to ARCA's substantial and frequent disruption of all American stock and ETF markets which has been going on for years now?
